account / organisation.
Now you're doing your research, and want to find out / map the existing cloud resources, without too much of a headache?
Try using the Tag Editor

In the console search of Resource Groups & Tag Editor

Click on Tag Editor

Select Region and Resource types

Click on "Search resources"
